WHAT WE DO
Our business model is not to take on every aspect of your property’s management,
but it is to excel at overseeing the general maintenance and upkeep of the property as well as overall guest experience.
We have a list of recommendations of who we think would offer the same level of service we are striving to provide but this is in no means a requirement of who you should use.
We have a great rapport with many other business owners on the island that we would work with whomever you feel is the best fit for your home.
Overseeing overall condition and maintenance of property
assisting guests during their stay

Managing and scheduling projects as needed
Performing weekly (in between rentals and weekly when not rented)
Walkthroughs of the home with weekly/bi-weekly or monthly email updates of current conditions
Inspecting golf carts
Guest communication – from the time we receive a booking on your home the guests will receive a welcome packet from us within 48 hours of being booked
Coordinating arrival and departure times
Scheduling cleanings
Completing inspection walks after cleaners
Assisting guests with grocery services
Creating/updating welcome packets and home information binders
Completing inspection walks between guests to ensure proper supplies (beach chairs, umbrellas, towels etc.)
Providing monthly lists of recommended items for the home or items that are commonly asked for by guests
Checking in with guests throughout their stay to ensure everything is going well
Purchasing and stocking the house with supplies for cleaning staff and guests
For each turnover on your home we include: toiletries, check-in, check-out, welcome gift (bottle of wine) and cleaning on the property after guest’s departure.
We also charge a monthly management fee whether the house is rented or not. This fee will include items such as making sure A/C filters are changed, smoke detectors are working properly, ensuring no leaks or clogged drains, making sure light bulbs are replaced if not working, ensuring all windows and doors are locked, ensuring appliances are working, make sure A/C is working, walkthrough of property weekly, blowing off leaves and debris from the outdoor areas prior to check-ins.
