Arrive to a home that is fully stocked, thoughtfully organized, and ready for your stay. Our in-house personal shopper handles every detail — from careful product selection to secure island transport — so your vacation begins the moment you step off the boat.

We do not use Instacart or third-party shopping services. Every order is personally shopped by a member of the Shally’s Seashells team who understands quality standards, proper substitutions, and the unique logistics of North Captiva Island delivery.

Full Stocking – 40% Service Fee

Groceries are unpacked and professionally organized into the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry prior to your arrival.

Delivery Only – 25% Service Fee

Groceries are delivered inside the home for you to unpack at your convenience.

You always pay true in-store pricing — no markups — just a single service fee.

All groceries are shopped at Publix at Coral Shores and boat-packed for secure island transport. Perishable items are insulated with dry ice when necessary to ensure freshness.

🚤 Our Island Transport & Freshness Process

Island logistics require precision and planning.

Due to staff boat schedules, grocery orders are picked up from Publix at 7:00 AM to allow adequate time for transport, delivery, and full stocking prior to guest arrival.

Because of this schedule:

• Arrival orders are shopped the day prior to arrival
• Orders are securely held overnight at Publix
• Perishables are packed with dry ice and insulated for safe morning transport
• All items are boat-packed for secure island delivery

This process ensures freshness while allowing your home to be completely prepared before you arrive.

💳 How Payment Processing Works

Publix does not allow manual credit card entry for payment processing. Because of this:

• Shally’s Seashells covers the cost of all groceries upfront
• After shopping and delivery, we process payment to your preferred credit card
• Your charge will include the cost of groceries plus the applicable service fee

If multiple orders are placed during your stay, we make every effort to process them as one transaction.

Please note: Payment processing may occur after your departure.

🛍 Why Not Just Order Through Publix?

Even when placing an order directly through Publix.com for pickup, the service is supported by Instacart. This typically results in:

• Prices 10–30% higher than in-store pricing
• Shoppers unfamiliar with island transport logistics
• Orders not packed for boat travel

🍽️ Quick & Easy Meals

Ideal for travel days or relaxed evenings. Choose from ready-to-eat or heat-and-serve meal options delivered with your groceries.

🧀 Publix Platter Orders

Perfect for arrival day, entertaining, or easy meals. Choose from Publix deli platters including sandwiches, cheese, fruit, and more.

• Ordered with your grocery delivery
• Subject to the standard grocery service fee
• Must be ordered at least 5 days prior to arrival

🍾 Liquor Delivery

Begin your stay fully stocked. Liquor orders are placed with Dr. Watson’s Liquor Store and delivered directly to your home.

• 25% service fee
• Initial orders must be submitted at least 5 days prior to arrival
• Mid-stay refill orders placed by 11:00 AM are typically delivered the next day (Monday–Saturday)

Liquor purchases are typically billed directly by Dr. Watson’s, with the service fee billed separately by Shally’s Seashells.

🐟 Fresh Seafood Delivery

Enjoy island-fresh seafood without leaving your home. Seafood is sourced locally from Salty Girl’s Island Café and delivered chilled and ready to prepare.

• Subject to a 25% service fee
• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance
• If no one is home at delivery, seafood will be safely placed in the refrigerator

💳 Credit Card Authorization Form (Required)

A completed Credit Card Authorization Form is required before any grocery, liquor, seafood, or platter orders will be processed.

🛍 Additional Orders During Your Stay

Running low? Craving fresh seafood or additional beverages?

Each rental includes a QR code that allows you to submit additional orders directly from your phone.

Orders placed by 11:00 AM are typically delivered the next day (Monday–Saturday).

⚙️ Our Automated Ordering System

Our ordering platform is fully automated to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

When you submit an order:

• You receive an email confirmation
• The order is routed directly to our team
• It is automatically added to our scheduling calendar
• Appropriate departments are immediately notified

If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order was not successfully received and should be resubmitted.
